Built where the trade needed a bridge.
Africa holds some of the world's richest gold reserves, yet its gold has historically moved through long chains of intermediaries — each layer taking a margin, each hand adding risk, until it reaches Western buyers with its story blurred.
Maisha Trading LLC was founded to close that distance. From the United States, we work directly with government-regulated mining companies holding valid export licences on the continent — AFA-EF Mining is our partner in Ghana — and with refineries, dealers and investors on this side of the Atlantic, standing at the exact point where trust is usually thinnest.
We do not trade promises. We trade gold that is weighed, assayed, permitted and documented — moving under our responsibility from source to settlement, and flying with our logistics partner, Hera Flights.
